PreWire is presented as a study project and non-commercial web application. It is not described here as a paid service, marketplace, or enterprise platform.

The operator may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell or purchase securities, a solicitation of investment, crowdfunding, or a promise of financial return.

The operator may be open to informal conversations with potential partners or investors, but no fundraising, capital raising, or investment acceptance is conducted through PreWire or this website. Any such arrangement, if it ever occurs, would take place off-site and under separate terms.

By accessing or using PreWire, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

PreWire is offered to users worldwide. Legal notices on this site are provided in English as the project's primary language. The operator cannot provide every legal page in every jurisdiction's language, but will respond to reasonable requests sent to the contact email below.

If any personal data, graphic, text, or other content on this site is problematic in any way, email prewireapp@gmail.com with a clear description. The operator will review the report and remove the relevant personal data or site content as quickly as possible. Valid privacy and content concerns are treated as a priority.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for activity that occurs under your account.

The operator may suspend or remove accounts used for abuse, unlawful conduct, impersonation, or attempts to interfere with the service.

You agree not to use PreWire to:

• break the law or violate the rights of others
• upload malicious code, spam, or abusive content
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• reverse engineer or disrupt the service beyond lawful limits
• use the service in a way that creates unreasonable load or security risk

You retain responsibility for the project content and data you upload, store, or export through PreWire.

You grant the operator a limited right to host, process, store, and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to operate the service.

The service interface, branding, code, and original site content, excluding user-provided content, remain the property of their lawful owner unless otherwise stated.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or grant any right to reuse branding or protected materials beyond lawful use.

PreWire is a planning and documentation tool. It does not provide legal, financial, compliance, security, or professional advice.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content, architecture choices, and deployment decisions before using them in a real product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PreWire is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Because this is a study project, there is no guarantee of uptime, support response time, backup availability, or long-term continuity.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use PreWire.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

The operator may suspend or terminate access at any time for security, maintenance, inactivity, legal risk, or violation of these Terms.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
